My favorite fitness and nutrition resources!

Since I’ve fallen head over heels in love with lifting and fitness I’ve had many people tell me that there are not a lot of resources online for those who are fit and follow a vegan diet. I could only name a few off the top of my head. So with the help of friends, the good peeps on the Vegan Bodybuilding and Fitness Facebook group, and my own research I came up with a list of resources.

Some are vegan and some are not. A LOT of people were asking over and over again for resources if you don’t have the money to join a gym or buy equipment so I’ve listed some of my favorite websites and YouTube channels that have awesome workouts with no special equipment needed. There are NO EXCUSES now. Most of the websites I’ve listed use HIIT style training which takes anywhere from 20-30 minutes of your time. Do it ;P

This is a list in progress so if you know of a great vegan website that needs to make this list please let me know in the comments!

Hey Christy, I used the forums a lot when I was just starting out on both my fitness and vegan journeys. The focus leans more toward powerlifting and endurance sports than sites like VBB, and there is a forum for training logs which is really useful (not sure if VBB do this too). I made a lot of really useful connections through the site, and gained a heap of knowledge from them when I was just starting out.

Thank you for putting this together! I had no idea there was so much out there.

I have a muscle building/strength training site for vegans at and also do a lot of YouTube videos trying to help with the same thing (link to the YT channel is on the site)

Thanks again for putting this resource page together, I’ve got a lot of reading to do!
