Since I’ve fallen head over heels in love with lifting and fitness I’ve had many people tell me that there are not a lot of resources online for those who are fit and follow a vegan diet. I could only name a few off the top of my head. So with the help of friends, the good peeps on the Vegan Bodybuilding and Fitness Facebook group, and my own research I came up with a list of resources.
Some are vegan and some are not. A LOT of people were asking over and over again for resources if you don’t have the money to join a gym or buy equipment so I’ve listed some of my favorite websites and YouTube channels that have awesome workouts with no special equipment needed. There are NO EXCUSES now. Most of the websites I’ve listed use HIIT style training which takes anywhere from 20-30 minutes of your time. Do it ;P
