Happy Holidays From The Blissful Chef!

As the year comes to a close I take time to reflect on all that I’ve accomplished and take a moment to be grateful for everything in my life. That includes YOU!

Big thanks and gratitude to everyone that has ever come to a cooking class or a conference and said hello, left comments on my blog or other social media, and has allowed me to be a part of their healthy journey. Some of you have been there since the beginning and it’s been a fun roller-coaster ride! Some of you are just joining my community and I’m so thankful you are here! 2014 has many things in store for me and you!

I will continue to offer my Wellness Reboot programs, which make it easy for you to get on track with your diet or help you transition fully to a plant-based diet. Maybe that is your New Year’s Resolution to get healthy? I want you to stay healthy and happy in 2014 so I’m offering $40 off our Wellness Reboot 28-day program! It’s the most comprehensive online program and includes 4 weeks of menus, over 14 videos, and a workout plan that is easy to do and adjustable to your experience level.

Use the coupon code NEWYEARNEWYOU at checkout. This offer is good until January 19th!

A very exciting thing that happened this year was my nomination and win of The Most Inspiring Local Vegan Athlete in the Vegans Rock Austin Best of 2013 Poll. Big thanks to everyone that voted! And congrats to everyone that won!

I’m combining my two websites into one and changing my brand a little bit. Since fitness has become a big part of my life and I will be getting my personal training certification in January I need to incorporate that somehow into my brand. I’d love to know what you think of my new idea! I’m thinking “The Blissful Fit Chef ” or “The Blissful (& Fit) Chef”. What do you think? Do you have any fun ideas? I’d love to hear them in the comments! This also means that my two blogs will merge and this space will be changing as well.

I will offer more one-on-one coaching through PopExpert. My 11 years experience with veganism, nutrition, and education can help you reach all your health and fitness goals. I am starting a personal training practice next year, which I am very excited about! I will see clients in Austin but also work with you online if you don’t live nearby. This awesome platform allows you to book appointments with me easily and effortlessly. I have New Year’s packages available to help you reach your goals including an hands-on Vegan Cooking 101 and Weight Lifting 101.

Hope you have new and exciting things in store for 2014!! Thank you again for being part of my community where everyone can feel welcome and safe to express themselves. If you happen to be vegan, a woman, and into fitness join me over at Vegan Ladies Who Lift on Facebook. It has quickly become one of the favorite groups for support and inspiration to women everywhere.

Happy New Year to all my friends across the globe! Do you set New Year’s Resolutions for yourself?

  1. Congratulations! What an exciting job to land!

For the new name, “Blissfully Fit” popped into my head, but it would mean dropping the chef connection. I like Diana’s suggestion of “Blissful Food & Fitness” – short, neat, to the point. Either way, I look forward to seeing the next updates… Good luck!

  2. I wish you the best of luck in all your new endeavors. I always look forward to your emails since they offer me so much inspiration and guidance and recipes. I think you should rename “The Blissfully Fit Chef”. I will be looking forward to your combined efforts. I am also looking into a subscription for Vegan Health & Fitness magazine. Wishing you a very happy, healthy New Year. Thank you for all you have done for me and the community we share.
