How to Make the Perfect Stir-fry

Here’s my newest video using the delicious produce I got from CSA California. They have locations all over town, so if you haven’t tried it yet sign-up! The strawberries were some of the sweetest I’ve ever had!

In cooking classes, my students often tell me that they have no clue how to make a good stir-fry. This is not surprising because there are many things to consider when making a stir-fry: how many vegetables and what kind to use, how to cut them, what order do they go in, how much oil or water to use, etc. Making the perfect stir-fry takes careful planning, but after this video you should be confident in making your own with a variety of vegetables. Stir-frying is so quick and easy!

This video shows you the basic stir-fry. If you’d like to add spices, like cumin, coriander, curry powder, oregano, etc. just add them in after the first vegetable.
