I want to/ need to avoid nuts, soy, oil, wheat, gluten, [fill in the blank]. Will this program accomodate my specific needs?

The recipes in the 28-day program are whole food based and 100% vegan. Many of them are gluten-free and soy-free, but not all. If you are avoiding certain allergens we can switch out those recipes for others or I can make substitutions. Please feel free to contact me and we can work to make changes accordingly.
