In our Versatile Bean cooking class on Saturday October 16th, you will learn the magic of plant-based proteins that are full of fiber, how to make beans from scratch in a way that helps with digestion, and three recipes everyone will love.

This class is gluten-free, plant-based and refined sugar-free. We can make modifications for other allergies, just please let us know when you register.

In every 2 hour cooking class:

  • You’ll learn knife techniques, cooking tips and shortcuts to prepping meals quickly and more!
  • Take home a paper (or digital) copy of the recipes so you can make them again.
  • A the end of class, enjoy a small meal of the recipes we make and a glass of wine (or tea).
