I may have been hinting that I’ve been working on a new online wellness program. I’m so excited to tell you all about it and do a big reveal of the website and program.
Wellness Reboot gives me a chance to do what I love; teach others how to make delicious plant-based food and make lifestyle changes that improve their mind, body, and spirit. With this program I can now help people across the globe!
Wellness Reboot is an accumulation of all that I’ve learned over the last 10 years both in culinary arts and in health and wellness. The program includes over 12 videos on cooking techniques, a 28-day meal plan of delicious whole food plant-based recipes, a Getting Started Guide that explains everything one would need to know about eating healthy and living a plant-based lifestyle, continual support from me through a private Facebook group, and bi-weekly conference calls. Not only all of this but I’ve partnered with an amazing vegan personal trainer, Chad Byers, to include a fitness element to the program. It’s unlike any online program of it’s kind!
