Oprah Goes Vegan for 21 Days!

Could it possibly be true? Oprah is growing a consciousness and has decided to go vegan for 21 days.

“Wow, wow, wow! I never imagined meatless meals could be so satisfying. I had been focused on what I had to give up—sugar, gluten, alcohol, meat, chicken, fish, eggs, cheese. “What’s left?” I thought. Apparently a lot. I can honestly say every meal was a surprise and a delight, beginning with breakfast—strawberry rhubarb wheat-free crepes.” — Oprah

I’m sure after this experience she will continue with a vegan diet as much as she can. Why wouldn’t she? Especially when she can have the best gourmet vegan chef cooking all her meals. Some of us aren’t so lucky, but with all the resources available online and in our grocery stores today, anyone can go vegan (or at least vegetarian).
