Is this a cleanse?

Nope. We like the word reboot because this program gives you a new start. The program is designed to help you get off addictive foods that aren’t serving your greater health. There’s no calorie counting or measuring food. You get new recipes each day and you get to eat plenty of delicious foods while learning the tools needed for continued success. Some people may experience a detox depending on your current diet. But there is no deprivation on this program. Eat until comfortable. If anything this program has been nicknamed a cooking bootcamp and you won’t find more recipes and cooking videos at such a great deal anywhere online!
