How can I expect to feel the first few days of the 28-day program?

Depending on what your diet is like you may feel some detox symptoms during the first week or two of the program. This could include spaciness, poor digestion, fatigue, anxiety, skin conditions, or feeling like you have a cold. This is your body pushing out toxins and adjusting to eating whole foods. Know that this is normal and usually after 7-10 days you will start to feel awesome.

All I can say is that no matter what, stick with the program so you can really experience the benefits.
