Zukay Raw Vegan Probiotic Dressings

I was shopping at the Santa Monica Co-op last week when I spotted a new product in the refrigerated section. The colorful label caught my eye and I thought it was strange that bottled dressings were in the cold section. I immediately pulled the shopping cart over to inspect the label. What I saw got me very excited. All raw, vegan, no sugar, no canola oil, low fat, low calories, and with live probiotics. Could this be true? Could these actually taste good?

I visited their website and found out they have salsa and relishes, too. I had to give them a try! Check out the video for my review of 5 of the 6 flavors of dressings offered by Zukay Live Foods. One lucky reader will win a 6 pack case of Zukay dressings!

Wow! This giveaway sounds great. I am recently converting to a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle and am a huge fan of probiotics. Elevated cholesterol due to genetics has forced me to be more conscious about what I place in my body. These products would greatly help me jump over the hurdles of my latest health challenges and also help me incorporate an animal free diet into my life. (Entries: 3, but I was already a facebook fan)

  5. Ok. I friended you on FB, RT the contest on Twitter, subscribed to the blog. As a rookie vegetarian with vegan tendencies (what I call “veganarian” who lives in the South, it is hard to find vegan dressings with a health benefit. I’d like to keep exploring my new lifestyle and perhaps winning this contest would add to this new life I’ve created for myself: losing 41 pounds since July 20 by ditching meat and dairy products and eating a whole foods diet. Loving it and do not want to go back!

  10. OMG the Red Pepper Cilantro looks to die for! I will admit to be boring in my Pre Vegan days and only liking Ranch Dressing. I have been branching out and actually made a Miso Dressing off the container that totally rocked. I think a chance to break out and try something new is always beneficial!

    Have completed all three! Yay!

I would benefit from winning these dressings because having yummy raw dressings to add to my salads would make me want to eat a lot more salad. I am transitioning into a vegan lifestyle and having these to help me would be wonderful!

I did all three of the extra credits & am subscribed to your blog.

  12. My salads would be 100% raw if I started using a raw dressing, but whenever I make my own they turn out horrible. I would love to try some bottled varieties!

  16. I just got the email about your great giveaway! I already subscribe and that dressing would be awesome b/c I have not found a dressing I like that is vegan (limited here in IA-no Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s nearby) so I use mustard.
