So, yeah, I have a little confession to make. Even though I’m a professional chef, sometimes when I don’t feel like cooking, but don’t want to eat out, I eat …… ramen.
Granted, it’s super healthy organic brown rice ramen, and I do chopped up some fresh vegetables to throw in, and fry up some organic Wild Wood tofu, but still.
